Show More ReviewsWe originally booked tickets, but my mother couldn't participate in the activity, so we rebooked. I was very satisfied with how the scenic area handled the process. Even though we explained she couldn't participate, they still offered a refund. They didn't even need us to come down the mountain; they just waited for us to place new tickets, the tour guide brought them back up, and then we went back down to get the refund. Our tour guide for this trip was Yang Yulu. She was very patient. Her attitude was excellent from the phone call before we met at the foot of the mountain. After we met up, she led us through the entire tour. Without a guide, we probably wouldn't have been able to finish everything in half a day. Tour guide Yang also helped us carry our bags and backpacks, and chatted with us patiently. Although there were two attractions we didn't finish at the end, it was simply because my mother was too tired and didn't want to participate. So, it wasn't Yang's fault. I believe that if my mother wanted to participate in those attractions, she would have patiently taken us there. Therefore, I want to give a big thumbs up to tour guide Yang for her patience, meticulousness, and familiarity with the scenic area. Because our tour guide, Ms. Yang, made a small oversight by reporting our itinerary for every attraction we visited, which violated company regulations, I think it's a minor matter. She can correct it next time, and I hope the company won't punish her.
