Danau Toba International Cottage Parapat

It was a great Hotel if u came 30years ago. Time flush, but this hotel still stick there…. To be honest, nothing really bad,but just old. The best thing of it is very close to the quay.

There was no service or internet access whatsoever. Is this how we are treated just because we chose a standard room? Also dirty and bad attitude

1. Check in easy. Just sign the form and no deposit required. 2. Rooms abit dated like 90s style. stayed in Superior room. 3. Superior room balcony facing the lake, no aircond, tv is the box type. Tried the hot watee shower but not too sure if as the water was not too cold but not even warm. 4. Not suitable for those with walking limitation as there are lots of stairs. 5. Didnt manage to view the pool/restaurant. If you are looking for a room with a view, very close to the late then this is a good place.

This cottage is located on the highlands, offering a direct view of the beautiful Lake Toba. I was amazed by the stunning nature and the relaxing atmosphere that made me want to stay longer in Parapat.

Bagus,mantap

Room was not clean. Dirty bed linen and towels. Strong smell in the room. People were Nice but not worth the money. They have renovated room with view on the lake that look Nice but we were clearly not on those one. Staff is really Nice

First, I book hotel thru Trip.com… when check-in… was told the booking from Traveloka!!! Means my personnel info was shared without my approval!! Tried call Trip.com but cannot get thru!!! Worse.. the room given to me no aircon and no fan… at night, insects goes to our room… Want to call the front desk but the phone was spoilt… Next day, the breakfast worse! 9.30am the food and drinks almost finish and no replenishment… until I complain!
