Total it all good i like the view at night a bit quiet but in front of the hotel a bit dark no route ligh

The male receptionist is very rude, unfriendly and impolite. Once we arrived, we had our bags, he didn’t come to ask whether we need hands to help carry. The welcome drink he left on table without greeting asking to drink until I asked is it for me? . He let one of us down there without any welcome drink. When he brought me to the room, he still didn’t help to carry the bags. The day I checked out, he didnt even say thank you when I passed the key. He only said “ oh check out? The key please“

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. Everything was great, from the service and food to the beautiful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. What I loved most was the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful connection with nature. The resort is right next to the river, which makes the experience even more special. We really enjoyed kayaking and spending time on the water while surrounded by beautiful scenery. 🛶🌿 It’s a perfect place for couples or anyone who wants to escape the busy city, relax, and enjoy some quiet and quality time. The romantic atmosphere, fresh nature, delicious food, and relaxing environment made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, romantic, and nature-filled getaway. ❤️🌿🛶

During our Kampot trip, this is second time that we choose Sabbay Beach for our accommodation. The place is peaceful, good Mountain View, delicious foods, staff are friendly and we feel like home when arrive there. Love this place so much ＜3

I have lived in Cambodia for our over seven years as an expat. Sabay beach has become a place of refuge for me whenever I need to get out of Phnom Pehn. The location is fantastic because it is close enough to the city for a weekend escape in a province. Being surrounded by mango trees, and the sound of nature as well completely calms the soul. Being able to relax on the lake is a great weight to unwind after the chaos of the city. I have stayed in multiple room options that they offer and I have never been disappointed! The family room is great and has so much ! The tree houses offer a unique experience and with the added bonus of air con now this is a must experience! The value is unbeatable! I have no complaints and I would recommend Sabay Beach in a heartbeat! For a tourist for an expat or anybody… This is the place you want to stay! Most importantly, the staff is absolutely incredible! They learn your name extremely quick and go out of their way to show incredible Cambodian, hospitality and warmth! It is a very personalized stay and I am so thankful to have been able to go back over and over and over! Each time it just gets better and better and better! No visit to kampot is complete without a stay at sabay beach!

The staff were so friendly and took extra time and care to learn our names. They always checked if we needed anything, and the views were beautiful. Rooms were basic but clean and well looked after. We have stayed here many times and love the serenity and also the food and drinks menu is delicious. 🤤
