Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Mövenpick Bitan Resort with our family! The resort is incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. The pools are fantastic, and the easy access to the beautiful beach makes it even better. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A great choice for families looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. Haze was terrible.. But there were still many things to enjoy! We would happily come back!

Stay at 1633 and 1632. 1633 toliet smell even after I flush.. seen like drainage issues.. have told the reception when check out. Lovely renovation but there are some not stuff not up to my expectation. Inform dining is excellent .. Coffee capsule dont taste good.. not like Movenpick standard. Disappointing. Room was nicely removated. Happy to get adjoining rooms. Breakfast on Sunday standard is different to Saturday. Dont taste so good like sat. Beach club is great.. one of the best .. feel like the old times. Pizza is good .. Not enough facilities to support when spa is down .. there should be more massage and facial services.. or may be hair salon.. etc.. there should also be a supermarket inside.. and there are no shuttle to Plaza Lagoi. Japanese food standard is not to my expectation . Food is so sweet.. especially the udon soup base. Expensive and not up to standard. Please review. Scallop is disappointing. Went to the pool with slide.. wondering is the pool clean .. as it looks turbid to me. We were there during Bintan langoon days.. hope to see more new stuff for bigger kids. Kids club is boring for my 9 year old son. No Nintendo switch inside? Haha not much entertainment for older kids since sport club is not ready. Find the game room in bad condition suppose to be quite new ? Not much gaming .. Spa.. i am disappointed as occupancy rate is 60% .. there are no slots for 2 days. The spa cannot meet with the demand of such low occupancy rate? Still not wow like 5 stars yet.. We will not choose to stay here unless there are significant improvement .

A wonderful place with plenty of facilities for the whole family! The children had a great time enjoying all the activities, and the food was delicious too. Definitely a lovely place for a family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The resort has beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained grounds, a lovely beach, delicious food, and wonderful staff who are always smiling and welcoming. Some facilities are still under construction, but we heard the pickleball and padel courts should be opening this week. Overall, a fantastic experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

Excellent service from Hafizh from the start to the end of our stay. Introduced the ALL+ programme which allowed us to save across meals and spa activities. Mövenpick also has their own stretch of beach and facilities are excellent. Staff are all friendly and willing to help with any requests. They even have a chocolate hour, where you can try their chocolate and pastries, movenpick style.

Overall stay there was good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall taste of food at all restaurants were relatively average and can be improved.

Hotel is new and clean, breakfast is brilliant with all sort of food. Spa is relaxing and staff are friendly.

An Unforgettable Birthday Stay! I recently celebrated my birthday at Mövenpick, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The resort itself is stunning, incredibly clean, and feels beautifully fresh and new. A massive thank you to Guest Service Agents Priscilla and Michelle for making our stay so seamless and welcoming. Their exceptional hospitality truly set the tone for the trip. I was also deeply touched by the morning team at Port 19 Restaurant—they went above and beyond to surprise me by singing a birthday song during breakfast, which made my special day feel incredibly memorable! Kudos also to the entire in-house dining team for the delicious food and to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. I highly recommend this resort for any special occasion and can’t wait to return!

We decided to extend our stay here because we really enjoyed the resort. It’s such a chill and relaxing place, perfect for a little getaway. The room was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of choices for breakfast. They also surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake which was such a sweet touch! Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again.
