The place is soooo convenient literally just go down on lift/escalator at nu sentral towards monorail and you will see the hotel immediately. Counter staff are both so friendly and they remember me whenever I came back from the concert (stayed for a concert in axiata). And transportation was easy to go to axiata too. Room was spacious for solo traveller like me. Just bear in mind if u take room with window it will be a little bit noisy with the announcement from monorail & such, but i don't mind about that. And the wall are thin as u can actually hear people walking or babies crying on the outside, but again i don't really mind that. Slept comfortably for the 3 nights and will definitely book again next time!

Hotel close to KL Sentral, easy to go everywhere,easy to find food, Friendly staff always smile 😁,room very clean and have gym room and sky garden at 5th floor, will come back stay again.

I had made a booking just only 1 night before I stayed. So, I didn't mind the facility that much because I had an early flight to catch. Then, it turned out to be beyond my expectation, especially, the friendly service from the staff, both a doorman and a receptionist. They are so nice to every guest. One particular person was the doorman on the day I checked out. He was so generous to direct us to the KLIA station since all main entrance connecting to the station building were closed early morning. Yet, he never hesitated to show us to the right destination. The distance is about 10 mins walk, it was far for us with a couple of luggage to carry. He was so generous, so we tipped him in return.
The room price is also super cheap considering the location. This hotel is really good for those who take KL sentral as a hub transportation to connect the mcity. I would surely come back again.

1st time stays at this hotel. Firstly, the hotel location is beside the KL central monorail station, also very near to the KL central trains station. Secondly, the hotel is very clean to staying. Finally, all the hotel service staffs are very friendly and 1 cleaning staff (not know his name) provide me the safety pin when I asked during emergency need it, and also asked for the hair dryer and the iron area located at the same level corridor. I will definitely will book again if I am back to KL for short trip holiday! Thanks!

Beautiful hotel location perfect for travel easy to go everywhere alot of food options around friendly stuff always smile come in or go and they also guide me where I have to go for day clean room have gym and top room garden for relax if I will back stay again

Good location within walking distance from KL central. Perfect for one night stay when arriving late at KL central. It was Deepavalo weekend during my stay, hence many shops open until midnight. Vibrant area and good transportation connection. Do ask for a room that is not directly next to the MRT station, otherwise you will start heating the PA announcement when the MRT service starts at 6am.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and the room we stayed in were very clean. I loved that for a budget hotel, they provided potter service. All the basic amenities were in the room, and you can request other items like hairdryer, iron, and even weighing scale.
