Hayah Plaza Hotel

Really a great hotel, very clean and close to the Masjid only 5min walking, everything is close to you don’t need to use any transport, the only one negative thing is that the staff doesn’t come to ask for cleaning the room and they come daily to provide water, and there’s only tea, no coffee, rather than that no issu only minor complaints

Very good location for all the world peoples even my stay I can listen the sound of Adan of Masjid nabawi

They're good in service. Affordable price . very near to Masjid e Nababi.

Very near to the Masjid Nabawi entrance and the Rasul makam doors. Few steps as well to the buggy shuttles station for the Quba Masjid. The cleanliness can be improve for better. The only downside is the provided wifi and cell networks connections are really bad.

The facilities are very good. We enjoyed the stay.

I stay there 2 days and I paid for 3 days still they’re didn’t provide water bottle also I am asking for something they’re disrespectful replying I am very upset

The room had a strong smell, and the key kept deactivating every time I went out. This happened 6–7 times despite repeated complaints, and they never replaced the key. Very inconvenient and something I’ve never experienced before.
