extremely kind reception. fun and all. close to the nabawi. though sometimes lifts didnt work properly.

The hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.

Location is great for me however parking is really hard. lanes are too narrow for big cars. Room is clean and generally minimal style. The AC was not active, maybe because the weather is cold those days.

Excellent location only 3 mins walk to Gate 307. But the shower room was not good water leaking under shower door on to bathroom floor. All wet and tiles creaking. Otherwise beds were comfortable. Fridge provided

We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Al Masjid Nabawi.

Amazing location. Comfortable beds if you like not so soft beds and pillows. Good place to sleep for the night only. No decoration or anesthetic appeal.
