The gilded pinnacle at the roof's apex is particularly striking under sunlight. Inside the tower, there is a replica of the "Jingyun Bell," whose original was cast in the second year of Emperor Ruizong's Jingyun era (711 AD) during the Tang Dynasty and is now housed in the Xi'an Beilin Museum.
