Staying at my hotel in KL Sentral has honestly been such an unexpectedly pleasant experience. The location is one of the biggest reasons I chose it, and it truly didn’t disappoint. Being right in the heart of KL Sentral makes everything feel incredibly strategic — trains, MRT, LRT, monorail, airport links, all just a few steps away. It’s the kind of place where you can walk out the door and immediately be connected to the entire city. The hotel itself has been great. Clean, comfortable, and well-kept, it gives off that calm, welcoming atmosphere you want after a long day walking around the city. The staff are genuinely warm and helpful — not just polite, but actually attentive in a way that makes you feel taken care of. Every small request, every question, every tiny inconvenience, they handle with a smile. Of course, nothing is perfect, and if I’m being honest, the only thing that’s been a bit inconvenient is the door situation. The room door can’t be opened with the key card, so every single time I need to enter, I have to inform the reception. It’s not the end of the world, but yes… it gets a little tedious. Especially when you’re carrying things, or coming back tired and just wanting to collapse onto the bed. Still, the staff are quick to help, so it softens the annoyance a bit. One of the things I’ve actually enjoyed most is how many shops there are right next to the hotel. Food, convenience stores, pharmacies — you name it. Everything feels easy and accessible, which is exactly what you want when staying in a busy city. No need to wander far just to find the basics. All in all, a really pleasant stay: strategic location, clean rooms, good staff, easy access to everything. A little hiccup with the door, but nothing that overshadows the comfort and convenience of the whole experience. ✨

Overall, the hotel location is good, near to train station but the amenities are meh. The hair dryer is not functioning and the room phone is spoilt and hence we have to go down to the reception to ask for hairdryer but nobody was there until I went another time. As expected as a low price stay.
