Hampton Inn Rutland

I was only in town for one night for a family reunion and the Hampton Inn is my “go to” when visiting Rutland. It’s centrally located and has plenty of parking. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Hot breakfast in the morning is a great addition! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay Very clean and close to a lot of stores breakfast was good clean room staff was great parking was free and great

Upon arrival, there were two males at the front desk, Mike was checking other guests in and the other just sat there (he never so much as greeted me). Mike was annoyed that I wanted to change my credit card for payment and then huffed “I only have rooms on the 3rd floor available.” After the less than welcoming check in, we were never spoken to again as we passed through the lobby. The room was CLEAN!!!! Always my biggest concern. Based on cleanliness and location to Pond Hill Ranch, I’d stay again but I will get rid of any expectations of warm hospitality.

It’s a Hampton. Always exactly what Hampton is. High quality, no excuses. Great place, super clean.

Everything was good room was clean newly renovated it looked like we were very happy with our stay everybody was very helpful and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable thank you Hampton inn

Our last stay here was great, so we didn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. Unfortunately, this stay was quite disappointing. There were hairs on the pillow, the floor was not so clean, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that, the breakfast was not really good. Overall, this stay was not like our previous experience, and we were not really happy.

Building was clean inside and out. Quiet location and guests. Staff wase helpful in letting us know of local restaurants. Parking was ample and breakfast was good. Food and dining area was clean.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The location is good and there is plenty of parking.
