DO NOT STA HERE Unclean beds and told To “change my sheets” myself when housekeeping was not available after 12am and to “separate the king bed myself” to become a twin bed No apology at all when we told Them bed was u clean either and ended up changing rooms 3 times and 2/3 times the rooms were still unclean and the cups were unclean too and had previous coffee stains left on them

Ascott KL is centrally located just a 5 minutes walk from KLCC, super convenient to head back to hotel after the fountain show. I booked through Trip.com but they told me I had to pay the tourism tax but shortly after, refunded me. Was a bit confused the my requirement of doing so but I've left it at that

The location of hotel is good but the ac is hot and their are smell from outside come to your room from the ac and i found small cockroach in the room i have told and showed the picture to the reception person he said next day in the morning they will call you but no one called me

Stayed at Ascott Kuala Lumpur for a business trip and was very satisfied. The room was comfortable with all the amenities I needed, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the location was perfect for meetings around the city. Great service and convenient stay.
