I checked out after a couple of hours...the colour of the bathwater says it all.. together with the strong chemical smell....

This round i got better room than previous visit. Facility is good, only bit older. Room is big, i got better view. Provide parking and easy access.

Breakfast is bad. Food quality very low. Not worth to have your breakfast there. Booked the room with Bath Tub and they gave us 1 without. Saying the booking details they got did not specify. Blame it on Trips. I show the booking in Tips App to them then only they acknowledge it. They did change the room for us later. Is it because of my timing to stay at the hotel at that time (Deepavali) or the hotel are popular amond the Indian community. The piping are all rusted. My son got infection on the skins from it later, we believe so as the water not clean. Can't really see well with the photos but the water is brownish. You can see some of the rusted pallets too. They have free Shuttle. Which is a plus point for hotel guest. We did not use it so not sure about the service.

Room is decent and acceptable with the price. Breakfast menu is just normal. Quite delicious though. Everything is okay for me except the attitude of the front desk staff (2 male) during check out (11/10/2025). I complain when they were not doing their job of asking the me regarding parking validation for complimentary free parking. Instead they were blaming me for not telling them about it during check out. What?? do you expect the guess will remember about it? As the front desk staff, it's your duty and service to ask the guest if they were bringing their own car and offer for validation so that the customer wont be charged. Even though everything is sorted out, i still cannot accept his attitude. He never say sorry at all. Blaming customer for your own negligence is just ignorance. If you are such an ignorant person, don't work as front desk, it does not suit you. better change to other department.. Lucky the manager that came after that is a soft and nice person.

Aged facilities. There is a pungent smell along the corridor and the room. Lift to the carpark is spoiled, therefore you have to use stairs to go to the lobby for the lift. Very narrow and small carpark. Lift button is faulty (no light when pressed) or you have to press multiple times. 50-60% of the gym equipment is not working and the Aircon is also not working. The window of the gym is opened (dangerous). In summary, given the price, i will find another place to stay and will never return.
