True to the Hilton name, the room was spacious and clean, and you can tell it's a newly opened hotel. Lots of business travelers staying here. There's a huge Anpanman Children's Museum right outside the entrance.

Except for the location being a bit far from Yokohama Station—which made hauling luggage a hassle—everything was great. I absolutely loved the bathtub! The water pressure was fantastic, making for an amazing shower. The complimentary toiletries were also really nice. Overall, a very good stay. If it's your first time at Yokohama Station, you'll definitely get lost; it's massive, connects to a bunch of shopping malls, and serves multiple subway lines. It takes a few trips just to get your bearings.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yokohama! The hotel has an amazing and modern design, and I really loved the overall atmosphere. The room amenities were excellent, especially the coffee machine and the TV. The TV was very informative and, most importantly, had access to Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming platforms, which made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. I also really liked using the Hilton app as a digital key for both the elevators and the room. It was very convenient and made the stay feel more seamless. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the air conditioning. Even though I set the temperature to 18°C, it would automatically go back to 25°C, so the room felt a bit hot at times. I hope this can be improved in the future. It would also be even better if the In-Room Dining service were available 24 hours. Having the option to order food at any time, especially late at night, would make the overall guest experience even more convenient. And the breakfast—AMAZING! There was a fantastic selection of food, with plenty of choices to enjoy. Definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, I had a great experience at Hilton Yokohama and would definitely come back again!

The location is a bit out of the way, right behind the Anpanman Museum. There's a Lawson convenience store next to the parking garage entrance on the first floor, and it's the only one nearby, plus it closes at 11 PM. I wanted to go to Takashimaya across the street; the map said it was a 14-minute walk, but with all the detours, it would have been better to just take a taxi. The one upside is that the hotel has an airport shuttle. You can wait on a sofa on the first floor according to the timetable. While a taxi to T3 only takes about 25 minutes, the bus takes an hour, but it's only 1000 yen and you can pay with card or cash.

I have been staying here for at least 5 times . Like the bed, it is comfortable and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries is a plus point t, I just love it ! Near to the walk way through Nissan global center to YCAT to take bus to airport , it is convenient
