Firstly, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming. Secondly, the room that we stayed in had an amazing view that could not be matched. Furthermore, the breakfast had a great variety. I could not complain. I will recommend this to all my friends that are going to travel to Chongqing.

Fantastic location provides easy access to dinning, shopping and entertainment. The service provided by the staffs is top notch. Room are clean and bed is really comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Great hotel to stay!

The location is fantastic, and being on the 44th floor, the views from both the room and the lobby are absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic sight of the two rivers converging, the bridges, and surrounding attractions. The subway entrance is right outside, making it incredibly convenient to reach major sights whether you walk, take the subway, or grab a taxi. Raffles City is directly across the street, perfect for enjoying the night view of the opposite bank from its ground-level platform in the evenings. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Fantastic location, right next to Raffles City with all sorts of attractions and great food nearby. They even upgraded us to a river view suite, which was a huge, pleasant surprise! Being on the 40-something floor of a high-rise hotel, the night view was absolutely stunning.

Randomly picked this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were super helpful and even upgraded our room. The views are stunning and the room is spacious. Best of all, it's great value for money. The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right outside. Plus, it's usually only about a 25-minute drive to most places. The service was incredibly thoughtful. They allowed me to check in at noon, and because I wasn't feeling well, they even extended my check-out by an hour so I could rest. A great hotel with one of the most beautiful and furthest views of the Chongqing skyline if you stay on the Jialing River side. Good location, everything is very easily accessible from here, like the night river cruise. The staff is super friendly and helpful, of which some speak English and the others will use apps to translate quickly. On Saturdays you are very close to the famous drone show.
