Cove Inn on Naples Bay

Beautiful relaxing location. Loved the pool and restaurant near by was very convenient

The room is clean, and always one or two people in the office. The staff is friendly and lets us check in two hours before the standard check-in time starts. Told the staff there was no water in the toilet tank on the way out for dinner at 6:30 pm. The problem was fixed when we got back from dinner. The place is well-maintained, and two restaurants are conveniently located next to the hotel. Will come back when we visit Naples again.

We just returned from Naples and stayed at The Cove Inn. The location was great. The property was clean and the pool area was wonderful. It is right on the bay. Several dining options as well. We will definitely go again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and unfortunately this was my least enjoyable experience. About 3–4 weeks before my arrival, I contacted the hotel and requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view because this trip was a special celebration for my husband’s birthday. However, when we checked in, the front desk agent assigned us Room 216, which was neither on a high floor nor did it have a nice view. I was very disappointed. After getting to the room, I called the front desk to ask if it would be possible to move us to a better room, but unfortunately nothing was available. It was especially disappointing since I had made my request well in advance. The bathroom was also very small and felt cramped. It was manageable for a weekend stay, but overall this visit did not meet the standard I had come to expect from this hotel.

The property is beautiful. The lobby was very clean as was the room. The front desk staff, Lulu, was so helpful explaining the standard protocols, and directing us what is nearby to explore in town. The Chickee Bar was a great spot to relax for a bit too. We had a great view of the water to enjoy coffee and just relax. We are planning to return before the summer ends.

You will not be disappointed at the cove inn. Property was immaculate as was the room we were given. Hope to be back July.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the marina and all of the beautiful landscaping. The front dest staff were more than helpful and nice and the little restaurant was a hit for breakfast - so convenient, delicious and fast! We would stay again!

This was our first time staying here and we will be back. Loved the Tiki bar and property was beautiful. Great room overlooking water and our room was so clean.
