Taj Palace, New Delhi

The service was incredible very nice Good view good location And good breakfast

Hotel feels rather dated. The exterior needs a fresh paint and refurbishment. The interior is still decent but needs a face lift. Gym, Jacuuzi, Steam room and cold bath combo was great. Breakfast is really busy but they have an alternate venue below. Variety and taste is 4/5.

It was like a fish market there on Saturday evening, we reached there around 3 o’clock but there was a large que when we checked in, it took is almost 2 hrs to get room keys i.e around 5 o’clock and then again next day, we have to wait for half an hour to get into breakfast buffet, it was total mess, even taj staff was confused and Brest was average. If you can’t handle your first then why are you taking bookings, you should stop taking fresh bookings and handle your bookings in hand.

A real luxury hotel experience close to the airport and centre of Delhi. Great amenities and we got a complimentary room upgrade

What an amazing experience in Delhi, it's totally different with the environment outside making you feel not in India.

“The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk who helped me with a early check-in. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a remarkably comfortable bed.

Reception is excellent. All the facilities are available and ambience is very good and breakfast is having all the varieties. Service for handling our luggage is very good.

Great property! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Delhi and looking for a place in center of city.
