The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spotlessly clean and feel very new, with modern furnishings and a fresh, stylish design. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming.
The service provided by the staff is truly first-class — they are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. You can really feel that they care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Considering the quality of the facilities and the level of service, the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to stay, especially when you go to Venice in a peak season.
This hotel is located near Venezia S.L station and no need to get on waterborne.
I visited in August, which was a peak season, so many ppl are lining up for waterborne and it seems it’s difficult to move around with luggage.

The hotel is pretty good. The front desk staff, especially an older gentleman with slightly graying hair, was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room. Although the hotel facilities are a bit basic, its location is excellent – quiet and with great service. That's why I really liked it here.
The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing between rooms isn't great. However, since most guests are tourists, it generally quiets down shortly after everyone goes to bed. Overall, it's a very nice hotel.

The hotel is 2 minute walk to the train station but in a quiet small lane which is great. It is a little far away from all the sights which is ok. Breakfast was superb and they offered to prepare takeaway breakfast pack. Minor imperfection was the bathroom door was a bit jammed and does not open well.

Hotel was very easy to locate, just a few minutes away from the station. Breakfast place was nice and clean. Front desk staff was kind enough to offer us a map and briefly showed us the direction. Our room was on the first floor and we had to carry the luggages upstairs by ourselves with stairs. The lighting in the room was a bit dimmed and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Theres mold on the wall so we had to leave the door open after shower.
