The window of the room I originally booked was too small, so I paid to upgrade to a suite. The total price was not low, but it was still comfortable. The price of breakfast included in Ctrip was higher than the breakfast I ordered at the hotel, which was not satisfactory. Then the hotel overcharged me, and I had to negotiate with Ctrip after I came back to get a refund, which was very bad.
