Very near to the train station. Convenient location. No windows in the room, thus, it’s kind of gloomy and dark. It’s very cheap for this location but not for people who can’t accept some extra companionship from the crawlies 😅 Strictly no early check in but you can deposit your luggage. the lift to the hotel needs patience too. All in all, can’t complain much for this price.

The hotel located in a heart of the city which is very convenient to travel in the city and outside of the city with MRT and buses line.
It is surrounded with the restaurant, shopping mall, parks and convenient stores.
The hotel service is great service mind from all staffs and they are friendly with professional services. The rooms are variety options for all guest to select for their own choice.
I will definitely stay there again on my future visit.

Location is very accessible to all transportation.
I hope they could offer earlier check in than 4pm.
Staff are very accommodating.
Good space for a family.
Improvement needs for sound proofing as you could hear noise from other room.

We stayed here over two nights. First night when we arrived and last night of our trip before our flight. Originally we had booked for two nights on our way back but the dismay condition of the hotel discouraged us and we terminated one of the last two nights.
Only the room size for its price per sq feet is alright but nothing else is good. The ventilation of the bathrooms is terrible, has a stench. The staff has the least interest to help after seeking them about the Aircon remote controller, they just told us to go back and try to point it at different angles. If you can afford to or do not mind a smaller room, go to City Inn.

1.The carpet was dirty… not sure if it was ever cleaned or no
2.The mattress felt like springs .
3.No windows and the room had yellow lighting, so it looked dark.
4.The location is very strategic, right in front of Taipei Main Station and the MRT.

Great location , a really busy hotel which cleaners miaa cleaning certain areas at the room sometimes I guess as I've found long hair from previous tenants inside the washroom and on the carpet. Will be great if they can boost their cleaning quality a little bit. Staff are friendly and helpful which is a plus. Many not bad restaurants within 5 mins walking distance too
