The only plus is the location; everything else is a downside. The breakfast is very meager, with no choice. None of the staff look after the guests. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but for an additional fee, they can help you with parking. The front desk staff is completely useless and just throws their hands up, complaining about other staff members along with you, so you can't count on their help. The cleaning is just terrible. The hotel has a system where you hang a card on the door if you need cleaning. In reality, it's useless: you can hang the card, ask at the reception, or ask the cleaner personally — none of this guarantees you room cleaning. The hotel manager and the front desk manager will just throw their hands up even after the 10th complaint and say that fresh towels are only available after 11 PM (strange, isn't it?). But in truth, you'll come to love the days when there is no cleaning, because when there is, you'll regret it: the staff leaves chemical things or trash on the floor. One day, we found the contents of the bathroom trash bin — used toilet paper and feminine hygiene products — right in the middle of the room.
The room is noisy, and the air conditioner is very loud when it's turned off. However, it's noisy and disrupts sleep even when it's on, but the noise from the working AC is more pleasant than from the non-working one — this is what the staff told us after several days of complaints. The blanket, sheets, and towels have holes and old stains. There's mold in the bathroom, and water leaks from the shower cabin. The room is large compared to many other hotels, but in reality, most of it is just a hallway that has no functionality.
One day, they even left needles in the room, which could be unsafe for your health. Be careful and do not choose this hotel.
