Wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka
I had a really pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the welcome cookie was a lovely touch.
The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the room had a nice view. I also really enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the infinity pool, which has a beautiful view and is a great place to relax.
The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices and good quality food. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming.
The location is also convenient for exploring Melaka, with many attractions and places to eat within a short drive. Although it isn’t directly in the middle of Jonker Street, getting around was still easy.
Most importantly, the service really stood out. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka again. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Melaka. ❤️
Room is big, bed is comfortable, need to be extra careful in toilet, it will be quite slippery after bath, and cold without wearing slippers.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was good. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of choices. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable.
Overall, it was a lovely and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting Melaka.
One minor disappointment was that the coffee provided in the room was just instant coffee. Offering higher-quality coffee or a capsule machine would be more in line with DoubleTree's brand positioning. Additionally, the toiletries in the room were quite basic, lacking even essentials like cotton swabs, which was a bit surprising.
Overall, there weren't any major issues, and the stay was comfortable enough. But if they could improve the room amenities and pay more attention to small details, the guest experience would be significantly better.
