After refurbished since covid time the hotel looks fresh and definitely value for money.lobby looks exclusive too and convenient to walk to berjaya times square

We had a staycation at Melia, and it has never been disappointing. We booked The Level Room — the executive lounge, breakfast, amenities, and room quality were all excellent. Mr. Agilan was especially welcoming and attentive in the executive lounge. Our 2 days and 1 night stay was truly refreshing and enjoyable. After the kids’ exams, it was the perfect family time we needed.

Had a great initial plan of 2D1N but we extended our stay instead to 3D2N. Great view and clean rooms. We booked the family room. Worth the price. Definitely coming back again. Check-in was really smooth since we arrived late in the evening. Thank you Melia! Highly recommended 👍

A very strategic location. Walking distance to bukit bintang and jalan alor and the train just right infont of the hotel.
Room and bathroom was spacious enough for couple clean and fresh. We get the front view.of the hotel facing times square.
Breakfast was fine not really up to my expectations but its fine. Swimming pool was not i consider small ok for small and quiet swim.
In room dining was superb I order fish n chips and beef lasagne. The fish n chips is superb fresh fried to perfection. 5 star on that.
Hotel parking in the basement is quiet narrow and cramp. If u drive a big size suv just park at the valet rm30 for 24hrs park.

This was my 3rd time staying in this hotel!
This round I brought my hubby here for a short trip stay in KL .. nice n clean hotel rooms, spacious too. He loves it
