The staff friendly and helpful. He guided us through the process check in using the machine as we were new to the machine. The room was clean and comfortable. The Air Conditioning was working well.

A bit shocked when I was informed that my booking is not available. Then the story changed as my room is not ready. Then changed to my room type been changed. I was disappointed and cannot control my face expression. I was driving 4 hours and then face this kind of nonsense. As the receptionist aware of my frustration and I’m about to lose it then suddenly got my original room and it was ready. Room is clean. A bit small. Many convenience stores available downstairs. Room is ok otherwise service is bad.

location is good....just short drive out from MRR2 and lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. 7 eleven just beside. Checkin was smooth with automated checkin kiosk...receptionist is friendly and assist with the checkin. Room was ok with tv and attached bathroom. the hotel comes with elevator and also hot and cold water dispenser at every floor.

I suggest that you should bring a can of anti-cockroach surface spray if you plan to stay in this hotel.
Location is great for my work task.
If only the owners would give this property a bit more TLC.
Plenty of “room for improvement” with this management team.
