Our stay at this resort was absolutely perfect! Cleanliness, location, service, and facilities were all 5-star quality. However, for a luxury hotel, there were two small issues with the bathroom: the shower water leaks all over the bathroom floor, and if you run the shower and the bathtub at the same time, they share the same hot water line, which causes sudden temperature changes. Also, the food prices at the hotel bar are quite expensive. Despite these details, it was an incredible experience and we highly recommend it!

everything was amazing! the hotel is very well kept SPA facilities are amongst the best I ever seen anywhere in the world! special thanks deserve to the amazing staff which made our stay top notch - management can be proud hope to come back again next year

I had a wonderful solo vacation at the hotel. Having breakfast while looking at the snow-capped mountains was fantastic. The lunch at the Italian restaurant was also excellent. There's a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site, but I didn't get a reservation and couldn't eat there. Hopefully, I'll have the chance next time. The hotel is very therapeutic; you can participate in sauna, stretching, yoga, and other classes. I even went skiing. They provide transportation and car rentals. The spa was also amazing and incredibly relaxing.

Beautiful property in the heart of the Dolomites, equipped with every comfort. Large, clean rooms with mountain views. Excellent restaurants, as well as the bar on the fourth floor. Everything was perfect.
