Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel

This time, I brought my child to Chengdu and chose to stay at the Sheraton Chengdu Lido. The overall experience was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is an established property that has been renovated, and the overall quality is excellent. While the room size isn't huge, the internal facilities are complete and practical, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is incredibly thoughtful and responsive; if you need something at night, it arrives within five minutes. This made traveling with a child particularly stress-free. The breakfast selection is abundant, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, along with many local Chengdu specialties. We ate there for several days and were very satisfied. The restaurant is open until 11 PM and also offers room service, which is very convenient for late-night dining. The hotel's location is in a quiet area but still lively. It’s a short walk to Tianfu Square and about two kilometers to Chunxi Road, which is a reasonable distance. The subway station is just 300 meters away, offering extremely convenient transportation. This also means you don't have to deal with city center congestion, making sightseeing and getting around very smooth. There's a Lucky Coffee in the lobby, perfect for grabbing a coffee and resting your feet. The guests staying here generally seem well-mannered, contributing to a peaceful living environment. In my leisure time, I tried the hotel gym and pool. The facilities are well-equipped, and the experience was great. Whether it's the environment, service, or travel convenience, this hotel is very suitable for families traveling with children. Overall, I am very satisfied, and as long as they maintain this standard, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum. Popular attractions like Chunxi Road, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and Kuanzhai Alley are all just a short taxi ride away. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, from hotpot to pig trotter rice! The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is incredibly varied, offering a wonderful taste of Chengdu's local specialties. Everything tasted amazing! 👍

— The hotel's location is superb, right outside the subway exit, and very close to Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and the Chengdu Museum. — The lobby is spacious and grand, making you feel happy and relaxed the moment you walk in. — The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lotion at the sink smells wonderful. — The staff provided excellent service. We arrived very early, and the front desk immediately helped us check in and even upgraded our room. Hedda from the service center was proactive and patient in answering our questions. All the staff members were warm and polite. We had a very pleasant stay.

The biggest perk of a large hotel is not needing a key card to activate the power! Absolutely perfect, big thumbs up ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧ The breakfast was also excellent and varied, and the service was very attentive. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, no long waits. The soundproofing in the hotel is also quite good, ensuring great privacy 👌🏻

The hotel was excellent! Our family room was very spacious, with two separate areas, and it was clean and odor-free. Our child absolutely loved it and had a great experience. My daughter even said it was her favorite room she's ever stayed in. The breakfast was also very generous.

The place was clean and tidy, in a quiet neighborhood, and super close to the subway, making it really convenient for getting around. The staff were amazing, too!

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one truly offers incredible value for money! The environment is clean and comfortable, and it's right by the subway station, which is super convenient. The room has everything you could need, and even the pool and gym are free to use – I can hardly believe the price. The staff member, ICE, was especially friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were professional and check-in was smooth and clear. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. I especially want to give a shout-out to the beef noodles – I had several bowls! It's much better than what you usually find at other hotels.
