因為不小心錯過了飛香港的飛機
然後用來出國旅遊付款的Visa 卡還丟了
迫不得已 衹能臨時凌晨半夜訂的這個小旅館
比正常價格貴了一倍的
然後因為沒有換馬幣 身上衹有15馬幣 可是那個小哥説必須要20馬幣才能入住
沒足夠的20馬幣現金當按金
我左問右問甚至是懇求他幫忙是否可以用卡付
或者拿人民幣當按金
特殊情況希望特殊處理
可前台的那個馬來小哥就是不給我辦入住
各種就一種愛搭不理特別敷衍的態度
我一天特別累無助又沮喪的情緒瞬間湧上心頭
嚎啕大哭 可小哥還是沒有任何理會我的坐那兒刷手機 我然後聯繫了攜程客服去反饋
非常意外 客服立馬處理也聯繫了旅館負責人 後面來了一個女經理 説因為語言溝通誤會
立馬就幫我辦理入住 用人民幣100當的按金
這馬來小哥還真是會推卸責任 説我不會英文所以溝通有誤會 拜託 我常年在國外工作 口語非常流利 雅思都是考的七八分 真心被無語到了
那一天真心是生命中無比倒黴的一天
在那麼無助又沮喪的情況 真心無比感恩當時幫我處理的攜程客服人員 你們的用心負責 是我這麼多年選擇攜程的原因 感謝你們

TV broke down n not working for 2 days. Pounding sounds can be heard at nite from 10-11 pm
Only Lift broke down for 3 days
Room and toilet very tiny , not suitable for big size people.

Such an unpleasant experience. Room was small, air-conditioning wasn't cold & elevator was out of service. A word of advice to the management, pls do reasonable upgrades to the hotel then this rating can go up.

Hotel location is awesome for Chinese so many restaurants, second good street to spend time but hotel decoration and washroom is too small but staff person ayaz is very good person
