customer service very polite.
location very strategic and convenient.
however, rooms had strange smell everytime u opened the door to enter.
there was a cockcroach on the bed.

Place that provides a basic things. Convenient as ita has a basement parking, nearby eateries and mosque. The price is reasonble and suitable for a short trip.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been to. They are far behind in terms of great hotels. It's more like a guest house and the place constantly smells bad and cigarettes smell from where I don't know. Also, it's seems like there TV has a spy camera.

Good value for money. Very near to a lot of eateries and mart. Only 2-3 minutes walk to wangsa maju lrt station.
However, very strong smoking smell. Really need to fix this.

my second time book with Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju as solo trip. same cust service from previous. cust service all good. cheaper and clean. super comfy and secure. love the cleanness of the hotel! very recommended for solo and couple trips! but not for family trip.
