I don’t recommend at all for the value paid! Very bad food, very bad service missing basics I’m really disappointed with all and will never go back Old building with 0 maintenance . Nothing work properly Should be really 3 stars as best

The staff is friendly, but the rooms and bathrooms are a bit old. The buffet breakfast and dinner have limited choices. The hotel rooms are expensive, and overall they are not as good as the large chain hotels in China.

We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

My experience at the Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. Nick, Jennifer, and Rebecca were absolutely amazing—their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made all the difference. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. As a renowned worldwide musical artist, I’ve experienced service at many places, but this team genuinely made me feel valued by rolling out the red carpet for us. Because of them, I will be returning again and again. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay. God bless you and the entire Marriott staff. I had the most wonderful stay! It was my birthday and the front desk team made it an extra special one. Lily Mensah in particular went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable, arranging a cake, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, decorating my room, and let's not forget the fabulous singing! This will be the second time Lily has shown me first class customer service, making me feel truly welcomed and catered for. I look forward to returning again soon.
