There is no television in the room inside, they never give toothpaste and toothbrushes, and they never give cups to make coffee.

As of now, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
The room looked nothing like the photos. Staff were not attentive or helpful. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the air conditioner seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell.
The bed sheets were dirty, there were random drill holes in the walls, and there was no hot water. The whole place felt poorly maintained and uncared for.
There are much better alternatives in the same area for similar prices. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone

There are many stains inside the room! Somemore do not have TV feel like not match the room price(RM90++)!

This hotel is quite good for it price.The receptionist was kind and so smooth doing their job.room it's quite small for me and old furniture that's all.but the location very strategic because near with lalaport

It’s terrible experience, totally different from the advertised where I booked a window room, but at last I got a room without window and also a TV.
