Do not stay here. Our trip was completely ruined by unacceptable hygiene issues and a total lack of duty of care from the staff.
When we arrived, we paid an additional vast fee directly to the property to upgrade to a higher standard room specifically to have a spa bath. The first time we turned the jets on, the bath blew out a massive amount of thick dirt and debris into the water.
Far more seriously, we discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs.
We brought both the filthy spa bath and the bed bug infestation to the attention of the front desk staff immediately, expecting to be moved or assisted. Instead, absolutely nothing was taken to rectify the situation, clean the room, or move us to safe accommodation. We were left entirely stranded in a foreign city with no support.
This property is a severe public health hazard. We have documented everything with photographic evidence and are currently escalating this to Sanepid (the State Sanitary Inspection in Kraków) for a formal health and safety investigation.
Save your money, your health, and your holiday—stay somewhere else.
