The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the climbing gym. I was able to take a private climbing lesson while my child was busy. The environment at Rock Four Climbing Gym is really great; I recommend it for kids if you're staying at Chao Hotel. The breakfast, as always, was fantastic – freshly made and delicious. Athena's service was top-notch; she had already prepared the latex pillows we requested before check-in. The concierge-style service made our stay very comfortable and reassuring.

The amenities blend style with practicality; the in-room smart control system is easy to operate, and the 24-hour gym caters to different workout schedules and needs. The room views are exceptional, offering a romantic and pleasant panorama of Sanlitun's nightscape as dusk falls, accompanied by the evening breeze. The hotel's independent art center provides a significant artistic immersion, with a well-designed and spacious art area. What truly stood out was the service, from the warm guidance upon check-in to the friendly assistance from the front desk staff, who always maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness and professionalism, genuinely touching the heart.
