Stays Hotel

Honestly, this hotel just delivered what it supposed to do at a very competitive rate. Location was good, service was good and even the room is neat and tidy. In term of size, yes, it me be a bit small, but cozy and comfortable enough for you to have a good rest. The front counter staff that handling my checking in and the front counter staff that handling my checking out are all perfect. Interact with respect, and we will gain respect in return. I parked my car at the side of the hotel and was informed that it is ok on first come first get it basis. The front counter even suggested to me that if I um unbale to get any parking, the next best location. So, it is all professionally handled for customer experiences. The image attached is exactly what you will see when you checked in. Probably i will stay again if i wanna stay in KL. Of course when you checking in there are some house / hotel rules, but I am perfectly fine with those rules as I can see it is rather fair and to protect both the hotel as well as the guest. So, overall experiences are great. The only point which I wanna point out to other traveler is, do be prepared on the size of the bathroom. FOr us Asian, still doable, but to some traveler, it can be a bit small. Thanks.

The hotel is quite clean, and workers are friendly. The hotel have a nice coffee shop. Only one thing bad is the soundproofing..

We spent two nights here and everything was comfortable and excellent. The location of the hotel very close to the Hospital KL. The staff also very friendly and willing to help.

great location ,close to the hospital, it's easy if you have business in the hospital, also mrt in the hospital area. spotless and super clean bathroom
