Stayed as an emergency due to a cancelled flight but this was a good room in a fairly convenient location with good service.

I highly recommend Wakeup Copenhagen Borgergade to anyone visiting Copenhagen. The hotel’s greatest advantage is undoubtedly its outstanding location. Most of the city’s iconic attractions are within easy walking distance, making it the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also appreciated how peaceful the hotel is. Guests respect one another, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere without noise or disturbances. Another major advantage is the vibrant neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the rooms remain remarkably quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. A special compliment goes to the breakfast. It offers a wide variety of delicious options and is beautifully presented in a bright, welcoming dining area. What impressed me most was the added value the hotel provides. Guests staying for at least four nights receive a complimentary bicycle rental, which is a fantastic way to experience Copenhagen. Cycling truly allows you to discover the city from a completely different perspective. Overall, I had an excellent experience. A wonderful city, an excellent hotel, and exceptional value for money. I would happily stay here again, and I sincerely hope I will have the opportunity to return.

The room is quite small, but it was comfortable enough for one person. The location is right in the city center and close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the area. However, be aware that you'll need to walk about 500 meters from the metro. The pavement is uneven, so dragging heavy luggage can be quite difficult. The hotel provides basic amenities, including shampoo&body wash, and towels. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a bath mat in the bathroom. The floor becomes slippery after showering, and a bath mat would help prevent accidents. Overall, it's a convenient and good-value hotel.
