Expressionz KLCC by Wodages

I stayed at Expressionz Professional Suites for a few nights and overall had a good experience. The room was spacious and felt more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel room. I really liked the large windows and the city view, especially at night — it made the stay feel more premium. The bed was comfortable and the room had useful amenities like a kitchenette, fridge, and washing machine, which is great if you’re staying longer. The room was generally clean, though there were a few minor wear-and-tear details that could be improved. Soundproofing isn’t the best, so you can hear people in the hallway at times. The facilities were a highlight for me — the pool area is nice and relaxing, and the gym was decent. Check-in wasn’t super smooth and felt a bit slow, but once everything was sorted, the stay was fine. Staff were okay, not overly warm but helpful when needed. Location-wise, it’s not right in the middle of everything, but Grab rides are cheap and easy, so getting around wasn’t a problem. There aren’t many food options immediately downstairs, so you’ll likely need to go out for meals. Overall, it’s good value for the price if you want a larger room with nice views and don’t mind a few small inconveniences. I’d stay here again, especially for a short or mid-length stay.

We chose this hotel mainly because the photos show a swimming pool with views of the Petronas Towers, but this is NOT true. The pool shown in the pictures does not belong to the hotel, and to access that pool you have to pay an extra fee, which is not mentioned anywhere in the listing. This feels misleading. The hotel itself is old and poorly maintained, nothing like what the photos suggest. The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We were even charged for leaving our luggage before check-in, and until check-in time you cannot use any of the hotel facilities, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, several of the amenities shown in the photos are not available to hotel guests, as we were told they are only for the apartments. This information should be clearly stated. Overall, this hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers and does not match the description or photos online. A real shame. I sincerely hope Trip.com reviews this property and requires them to remove or clearly explain the misleading photos, as the actual experience is far from what is advertised.

Spacious with necessary amenities provided. Bed spring broken, back without support, back pain PDF show Rm15 car park fee only. Don’t know why and when if the price inflate, turn to RM20 I asking them to double check cause my info was RM15, they still insist to charge RM20.

I’m sorry but the place was a disappointment. The customer service was really bad. Every time you need to contact your host if there is any issue and they can’t be reached out immediately. Although, they reply you back but were not able to keep their promise. They gave our booking to someone else which delay our check in process for 2 hours. They promise compensation but didn’t provide it at the end.

Great place. All the facilities were also good.
