Loved this hotel! The location is handy for the town but not so close that it’s noisy or hectic. Tuktuks are outside 24/7 so it’s easy to get about. The hotel itself is modern and the restaurants have amazing food, which can be ordered as room service too. We stayed in a Mara room which was really lovely, a huge room with an outdoor seating area looking over the second pool. The best thing about this place though was the staff, they made us feel so welcome and were so kind and helpful. Special mention for Angel, Justin and Chloe who really were exceptional and went above and beyond. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful time at The Funny Lion in Coron. The rooms were incredibly spacious and kept spotlessly clean every single day. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, like the complimentary cookies and the delicious, fresh daily fruit shake. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome by addressing us by our names every day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!

The service was exquisite, but there were ants in the room. The facilities could use some improvement.

Surprisingly very very nice. A nice hidden gem. Food, hospitality and location is A+. Made us feel more like a loved family member than a guest.I would definitely stay here or their other locations.

The hotel is well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but still relatively close. It has very good facilities (2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants and a rooftop bar) but above all, the service is incredible.

Fantastic as soon as we first arrived. The staff are so nice welcoming and friendly. Yes it’s a little out of the town but if you want peace and quiet it’s perfect. The room was clean the pool is nice to laze beside the breakfast was nice. And the dinner and cocktails with a view were amazing. Definitely will come back
