the view from the room was breathtaking.. i swam every morning during my stay and the pool was really nice the reception was very helpful giving me recommendations where to eat and it was really good!! also whenever i need help or anything, the reception always be there helping, good service

We stayed in two hotels during the trip to Annecy. This one was more than twice the price of the other therefore we would expect a better experience. By comparison this hotel was poor. The pool area is relatively small for the hotel. Two out of 4 visits to the pool there were no sun loungers available as it was so busy and not even space on the grass so we couldn’t stay by the pool. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and moved apart. The air conditioning system was very weak and couldn’t cool the room lower than 27 degrees Celsius. It was reaching temperatures of 35 degrees outside. This isn’t acceptable for a hotel room costing over €350 per night. The view from the hotel is good but in reality there is a large area of wasteland between the hotel and the lake I wouldn’t stay here again. By comparison to other hotels in Annecy this is very bad value for money. .

Amazing location, short walk to the old town and the lake. Beautiful views of the lake from one side of the building, and on the other views of a lovely park. The staff were friendly, the pastries downstairs were very popular and a nice feature, filtered tap for drinking water on every floor. I would 100% recommend.
