A hotel in big komplex - very close to the station but a bit out of the track - staff very friendly - bedding a bit hard

Stayed here for a conference at the Dragon city. The room is spacious and well-equipped. There is a CU minimart hidden on the second floor where you can enjoy the Ramyeon at midnight after a long flight. Please ask the direction from the reception.

The hotel is conveniently located near Yongsan Station, just a short walk across the skybridge. With a mall right next to Yongsan Station, dining and other amenities are readily available. The only downside is that the immediate surroundings of the hotel can feel a bit desolate, and after the mall closes in the evening, finding a place to buy even a drink can be difficult.

For five stars hotel, I think thats must be better for hospitality and service. Actually their rooms are just ordinary, they are suitable for a stopover hotel for business people. This hotel is in a shared area with other hotels, so you won't feel overly luxurious. It wasn't a big deal for me, but I was a little disappointed with some of the unprofessional lounge staff.

The location is unbeatable! The hotel environment is super nice, with a direct view of Namsan Tower from the window – the scenery is beautiful. Yongsan Station is right next door, along with I'Park Mall, which is great for shopping.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and shower were separate, and the view from outside the room was also nice. It was very quiet, and being on the 20th floor added to the experience. Highly recommend!

This is my second time staying here, and this time I was able to check in early. I'm most satisfied with how clean and hygienic the room was. The mall next door is great for shopping, the staff are all very enthusiastic, the lobby is also beautiful, and it's super convenient for getting a taxi~

The hotel's location is excellent and super convenient. It's practically right outside Yongsan Station, which is perfect! There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and hygienic inside. It's definitely my top choice every time I visit Seoul!

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the quiet part of Yongsan, and it is easily accessible to 2 train stations, including Yongsan and Sinyongsan. Travel there easily from Seoul Station and it's right next to IPark Mall as well which is a really good mall. Great for solo travellers who want the most central location and a very comfortable hotel!

This is a very high-end hotel. All the lighting controls are on the phone, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the glass is all full-length mirrors – very creative and the attention to detail is excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied, although Yongsan isn't exactly downtown. However, there are large shopping malls, a subway station, and a high-speed rail station nearby.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway station. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the toiletries provided are excellent—I even asked the front desk if I could buy a set, haha! The room has a nice view and is spacious enough.

Being in a complex of several hotels, there was a slight hiccup getting there but signage was clear enough. It was slightly chaotic during check in but the staff did their best to clear the queue as soon as possible and definitely no language barriers as all staff are sufficiently fluent in English. The offerings are pretty standard for a five star hotel and I enjoyed the spacious room, and its proximity to ipark and Yongsan station. I had an issue with the TV and a staff came up and fixed it for me which I appreciated (as opposed to trying to guide me on the phone). This is a hotel I would stay in again especially if I had intercity travel for its direct access to the KTX station. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory although I found the price steep for its offerings (good variety, average in taste), they even provide takeaway options should the dining hall get too crowded. Overall a good experience!
