This is my fifth time staying at this hotel since 2020, and my family and I recently stayed in April. The location is excellent, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. We requested an early check-in and a late check-out, and both were fulfilled. Manager Faizal's (if I remember correctly) friendliness and kindness made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The Sunway Velocity is my first choice for a hotel whenever I visit KL due to its excellent service and hospitality.

Comfy and quiet room. Convenient to walk to shopping malls for meals.

Good location, clean room, comfortable bed.. and a lot of shopping nearby. Plus if you are a fan of spicy Chinese food... There is a mini China here, Nanjing Street. However, hotel management needs to improve the shower and common bathroom area. Water flowing into the common area as the floor is at the same level.

My hotel room was quite lucky. Able to see Genting on a clear day. Otherwise, hotel is pretty convenient. Below is the mall. However, if you go back to hotel after 12am, the door will lock and u need to walk further to the main entrance. Which is a hassle. Overall hotel bed is comfy. Toilet is good.
