This Michelin-starred restaurant, which has also received several other accolades, is an excellent choice for discovering and enjoying the flavours of the Ebro Delta through a slow-food approach. The tasting menu offers an impressive variety and number of courses, with excellent value for money. It is difficult to single out any particular dish, as they are all outstanding: the appetisers, the olive-oil bread, the duck sequence, the onion cream, the seaweed curry, the rice paella… the list goes on! The hotel and restaurant are located in Poblenou del Delta, a tiny, charming village with just one shop. The hotel itself is also small, but peaceful and welcoming, making it an excellent base from which to explore and enjoy everything the Ebro Delta has to offer. Highly recommended for relaxing, recharging your batteries, and enjoying some truly memorable food!

Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious every day, really impressed: everything was very fresh. Didnt eat at reastaurant in evening but has michelin star.Room good quality. Staff helpful. Wifi not working in room on arrival but new router arrived next day and was excellent quality. Area is beutiful with cycle paths, flamigos, beaches. Not crowded during our visit in May. Consequence of this is there is very little in the way of shops etc in the village

Hotel muy agradable, moderno, con todas las comodidades. La habitación es muy grande, la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno es espectacular, servido en mesa i hecho al momento, con productos de cualidad.

La tranquilidad en todo el hotel es total, la cama comodísima se puede dormir a pierna suelta, la sala de lectura es impresionante con luz natural, el menú degustación es memorable, aún asi y sobretodo,simpatica lo mejor es la gente cariñosa y eficaz .

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable avec vue sur les rizières,très calme excellent petit déjeuner servi, piscine très agréable, à l'abri du vent.les environs sont à découvrir ,très sauvage ,de nombreux oiseaux,dont des flamands roses...,loin du tumulte des grandes villes ,très bons échanges avec le chef ( également propriétaire des lieux ), hôtel à découvrir,la table est très bien noté , belle cave à des prix raisonnables.

Hotel encantador, con un personal profesional y amable, perfectamente dirigido por la familia Capilla Del Pino. Y con un excelente restaurante en el que Joan Capilla se afianza, año tras año, como uno de los mejores chefs de la zona (como mínimo).
