The service was okay and overall the experience was fine. The staff was polite and explained the process clearly. The environment was clean and comfortable, which made the visit more relaxing. The result was acceptable and matched my expectations. There was nothing particularly outstanding, but nothing bad either. Prices are reasonable for the service provided. I would consider coming back again in the future if needed. Overall, it was a normal and satisfactory experience.

The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is affordable and offers good value for money.  But the towels looked old/unclean. There are leaking in the room and maybe the bedsheets not clean too because my skin too itchy.

Receptionist rude answering questions. Requested customer either stay or cancel accommodation. Questions asked: is the room slightly bigger than the other rooms. Utilities like toothbrush, soap provided in the room. No bottle water provided.

The room is very small only, no need too much lights, should put 1 light at the wardrobe side and in the toilet. Too much moss on the toilet wall corner and under the basin. The basin also got blockage. I don't mind to come back but I mind if I'm going to clean it by myself haha.

the hotel location is great to provide a place for a nap only.. maintainance of the rooms have to be improve compare to my visit on last few years
