All the facilities were great, but it’s a pity that we couldn’t get a room with a view of the Twin Towers. The front desk staff said that rooms with two double beds do not face the Twin Towers.

Excellent service and great food.
Room is comfortable and clean.
We came last year and it has improved since our last visit.
Location is also quite central. Overall, it has been an enjoyable stay! Thanks, EQ!

Everything is fantastic from the moment you stepped into the lobby where you are greeted and guided to the reception, there are wide spread of food for buffet breakfast, hotel guest have free access to sky51 bar with unblocked view of twin tower, the pool is not big but another amazing view of KL tower and medeka tower as well, hotel is within walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion mall, a plus point for shoppers.
However i would like to point a couple of feedbacks about the room that the hotel can look into it, 1) hair dryer is not as strong, 2nd night, burnt smell and a little smoke came out before we requested for a replacement, 2) the hair care shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel is not really good too, will need to bring your hair care products if you care for your hair. Overall its still a great stay at EQ, double thumbs up for their 5 star hospitability.

Just a quick city break and the hotel went above and beyond! Amazing location, central to Petronas and KL Tower. Spotlessly clean and staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The pool has amazing views and a beautiful setting.
I was lucky enough to be able to check in a bit early but if not you can always leave your bags here while you explore.
I wish I was staying longer. I would definitely advise staying here!
