Nha Trang Chinese New Year Holiday 🧨⛱️ After contemplating between Anantara and Mia, we ultimately chose Mia, and it truly lived up to its reputation as a great family-friendly option. Since we were traveling with elderly family members 🧓, we opted for the sea-view two-bedroom villa 🏡, which conveniently had two bathrooms. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise 🌅 right outside our door was a fantastic start to each day. The hotel boasts a private beach 🏖️ along the coastline, and the staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming ❤️🔥. Breakfast 🥣 offered a wide variety of choices, including many local Vietnamese specialties like pho, baguettes, and drip coffee 🇻🇳. If you're traveling with a larger group, you can even opt for an entire villa 🏡. While it's a bit further from the city center, the hotel's food was excellent.

Out of the four hotels I stayed at in Nha Trang, this one had the most beautiful surroundings. Walking into the lobby in the afternoon, the view was simply stunning. We booked a villa with a private pool, but there were some small stones in the pool that hadn't been cleaned. At night, we could hear geckos outside, but we put up with it because of the gorgeous environment. The kids' club was just okay, very small, with nothing much to do. The gym was also average, and breakfast wasn't as good as what you'd find at a JW or Westin. The main pros are the beautiful scenery and excellent service.

I checked in early, but the room I was given at 2 PM wasn't great. It felt very cramped, and the garden view was of a dead corner, which was quite depressing. Definitely avoid room 414. The dinner, however, was excellent! I really enjoyed the beef hotpot, pizza, fried rice, spring rolls, and rice paper rolls. The pool was clean, and the beach had fine sand and wasn't crowded. Overall, the resort grounds were lovely. I'd suggest that when assigning rooms, they should provide an explanation or photos beforehand so guests can manage their expectations.

For a resort so close to the beach, it's quite well-maintained. Don't be too nitpicky about the wear and tear on the edges of the walls, and you'll be very happy, haha. All the staff are very nice. The pho at breakfast is delicious, and the noodle soup changes daily. The pool isn't huge, but it's sufficient, and the beach is clean, perfect for a little swim. This time I booked a garden villa, which offers more privacy than the beachfront pool villas, but the pool villas let you watch the sunrise from your bed. I'll definitely come back to experience that next time.

The hotel was great! We stayed for 4 days and the kids had a blast. The poolside staff were fantastic, offering free drinks that tasted really good. My only suggestion would be to improve the restaurant food. We also tried out the hotel's tennis court, which was pretty decent.

It was alright. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out. However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around.
