酒店位置好，和旁邊商場及火車站有通道，出行方便。前台服務特別不錯，入住退房都很專業。就是房間衞生每天做的品質不一樣，樓頂的無邊泳池和酒吧都很好。白天窗外火車道有時會有點吵，夜晚還好。

Excellent service and friendliness, it’s like going home! My 2’d time staying Excellent location. Room is large clean and bright with wonderful kl sentral view.

Superb location to everywhere either by Grab or by train. Smell good externally (hotel surrounding) and internally (room). Staff is super friendly. Room is so comfortable. My choice of hotel when coming to KL.

Great location just right next to KL Sentral / NU Sentral Mall.. comfortable, Clean and easy access to many restaurants nearby.
