Not a bad hotel which is opposite of Lala port mall. So many food options around .
I just do not understand why the bed frame was having the electrical plug right on my head 😆

The room was a bit old and so spacious. It is good for OKU ppl as there are so many spots to move around. However, the breakfast buffet has so little food to eat like 5 dishes and 3 side dishes. It is suitable for kids only as for adults how to have that??. The toilet likes the lack of idea design as it refers to pic. When we enter the room it felt like the oldest hotel ever. Luckily I booked 2days 1 night. Lastly there is the smell of cigarettes through the air con

Check-in took time.
Check-out ok no problem.
The room is moderately clean. Some furniture was so dusty. Not suitable for infants 👶🏻
Shower in this room is too hot, cannot control the temperatures and no indicator. 😅

Had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was in unacceptable conditions. The dryer, shower, and lamp were all not functioning. During rain, water leaked into the room from outside, which made the stay even worse. The overall cleanliness was also lacking. For the price paid, this was absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to others :)

Stay at highest level ,level 14 with TRX tower view
Nice room with mini refrigerator and kettle, tea coffee provided for free. Bath towel shower gel and shampoo also provided and nice cotton quality.
Only Toothbrush and toothpaste no provided.
Quiet room away from vehicle noice, staff service nice and polite. Not bad and price is cheap.

Stayed here with friends and it was okay overall. The room was average clean, nothing fancy but acceptable. Location is quite good, near Lalaport and easy walking distance to nearby places. Super convenient if you’re going to a concert at Zepp since it’s really close. Good option for a short stay, especially with friends.

Good location, walking distance to transport
At night, a bit quiet ,can sleep well,
Need walk around 8 minutes got alot of Chinese food stall.
Only thing night counter staff no very friendly, ask something all don't know say I'm only night counter staff, anything you want to know tomorrow morning then ask counter incharge,.
So I don't understand why your hotel put one staff member work at night and can not help the guests.
Otherwise, the rest are all OK
