The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us.
A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way.
We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited.
The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues.
The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special.
Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts was truly pleasant and memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and welcomed with refreshing drinks—a simple yet thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel valued as guests.
We particularly appreciated how the reception team was approachable, courteous, and accommodating. Our request for a room located away from the elevator was also kindly granted, which contributed greatly to a more peaceful and relaxing stay.
The room itself was beautifully kept—clean, fresh-smelling, comfortable, and inviting. Everything about the room created a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel at ease after a long day.
There was a minor concern with the television upon entering the room, as the audio was muted and could not be adjusted. We had to follow up a few times before the IT team responded. While the response time could certainly be improved, we appreciated that our concern was eventually attended to and resolved.
Overall, Hue Hotels and Resorts provided us with a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room, the welcoming atmosphere, and the courteous staff truly stood out.

Wifi is so reliable, perfect for those staying in PPS for a business trip. The breakfast buffet’s a chef’s kiss and there are a lot of options to keep you full for the morning. Room is clean. I was also able to use the gym and had a massage at the spa.
There’s a pharmacy and convenience store near the hotel (just a minute away). It’s 7 minutes away from the airport and the hotel offers free airport transfers for the guests.
It’s my third time staying here for business and I have never booked any other hotel in PPS ever since. 1000/10!

They immediately moved us to another room on the same floor, but this room was half the size (our suitcases barely fit). The room was very worn out, with outlets falling out of the walls. There was no carpet on the floor, and no toothbrushes (which should have been included in our paid room). The room door opened directly onto the main road, and the windows faced the parking lot. The staff acted as if nothing had happened. When checking out, they asked us to sign some kind of receipt. We asked what it was for (since everything was already paid), and they said it was just for their records. We didn't want to ruin our mood or cause a scene, as we were only there for two nights and had little time. The pool is available, and breakfast is tasty. I do not recommend this hotel; it's not worth the money or your peace of mind.

Toilet paper was provided! The shower pressure was very low compared to Japan, but I was able to wash my hair slowly. Nothing was stolen during room service, and they cleaned the room well!
