The hotel as a whole is quite dated, with the building exterior and room facilities particularly showing their age. I hope the management will consider a renovation, especially regarding the room decor, equipment, and overall environment, to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.
The breakfast was also rather ordinary, with no big surprises in terms of food selection or taste. I hope the quality and variety of the breakfast can be improved in the future.
Actually, if the hotel could properly renovate and upgrade its facilities, I believe the overall stay experience would improve significantly, and it would attract more returning customers.
I hope to see some improvements when I visit again next time.
Overall the stay consider good, just don’t expect much with this price for the stay. The view from the room also quite nice, just that this time is a Haze Season.
The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was better than expected. However, the cleanliness significantly needs to be improved. I noticed the floors, & the fridge were not well-maintained. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and steps up their regular cleaning routines.
When it comes to the lift, there’s no need for an access card to reach the desired floor, which means everyone can come to your floor.
The building is run down without maintenance.
The room inside is as per the photo—no painting and dirt.
The bathroom has mold, and the window was open when checked in, which means there could be a possibility of being seen by others in the corridor while showering.
Views are okay, but the balcony is left with rubbish, and the air-conditioning compressor has three units, but there’s only one ac in the room.
Also, the room is connected with another room like a dual key, literally with no soundproofing, which affects my sleeping.
My conclusion is that there’s a better hotel out there.
