Rawa Island is a coral island off the east coast of Johor, Malaysia, surrounded by clean blue waters and soft white sand. With beach volleyball, shore snorkeling, and water slides, there are plenty of water sports here for you to unlock. The only way to get to and from Rawa Island is by boat, usually departing from Gerbang Laut Pulau Mawar, and it takes approx. 30 minutes to arrive by speedboat.

Show More ReviewsThe island is so picturesque with its stunning beach, lush jungle and clear waters – it’s worth taking the time to hike up to the hilltop view to witness the amazing views over the South China Sea. Since the island is tiny, you can get everywhere on foot and really two nights is more than enough time to explore it all. Our kids had great fun zipping down the big orange slide and the smaller blue one, splashing into the sea and playing on the beach.
