Nothing fancy but okay

Reasonably priced and quiet. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very near a beautiful hospital.

They had three packets of coffee but no tea bags. When I asked, I was told I could go to WalMart and buy some. When do motels not have both? When would they not stock one box of Lipton from the Dollar Sgtore to hand out a tea bag when someone asked.. Simple things like how the handled this just left a bad impression.

Nice desk in the room. Breakfast was 2 doors down. Stewart's was 4 doors down for gas, ATM, and food options for nights when fewer restaurants are open. A tourist booth is in the front yard and a magnificent historical marker in the roundabout out front. Saw 3 great murals in town. Wasn't there for Star Trek, but there were signs in town. Enjoyed both forts. Even the Carillon boat had food and drink options.

Large airy room, very comfortable. Staff were helpful. No restaurant but snack and drink machines and a great diner next door.

This is a very plain, old fashioned motel. Our room was very large and completely unadorned. We parked in front of our room, which was handy. The room and linens were clean. Very basic.

Easy check-in, clean rooms, great shower pressure. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but bedding was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean room. Mini fridge and microwave came in handy. Decent, affordable, no frills accommodations. Furniture slightly dated, but adequate. Very convenient to local attractions.

The team: Alice, Alicia, and the guy that showed me how to use the room air and heat were excellent customer service people, very attentive (when they were available). I had to leave phone messages, the office is not "open" all the time. Ticonderoga pulls up the sidewalks early as a general rule. Nice clean room, I had to plug the digital clock in and learn how to set it. Nice shower that works without fuss. The sound insulation from the upstairs room isn't present, I could hear the steps coming and going. I suggest staying in the main building if you can. For me though, nice firm bed, clean linens every day. 500 channels on the TV.
