Everything was great, except for the price.

The entire scenic area has a central service desk. Unlike online hotel bookings which may not have room types available, this central service desk arranges rooms for everyone, even during the off-season, ensuring you get a centrally located room, saving you time and effort for your visit – commendable! After entering the designated hotel, you'll be served by the hotel receptionist. This time, we encountered a very attentive and helpful lady – Li Xuemei, a customer service representative at the Yanquan Hanguan (official store). When booking activities via mobile phone, she patiently guided us step-by-step. Also, one of our package items was a "Jianghu Grand Feast" dinner show for two, which was already sold out when we arrived at the hotel. She immediately informed us that an additional show would be added that evening, demonstrating her commitment to meeting customer needs – thumbs up!

The car can't reach the hotel entrance, and the hotel only provides two rides from Zhuque Gate to the accommodation, which is very unreasonable. You have to pay for the sightseeing bus to get things from the car. The rooms are not soundproof, and you have to take a bus to get breakfast. The breakfast quality is extremely poor, even worse than a budget hotel.

The room was conveniently located within the scenic area, allowing guests to easily return to their room to rest after watching the show. It happened to be my birthday on the day of my check-in, and the hotel thoughtfully provided birthday noodles. The room was clean and spacious; I would definitely stay again if given the chance.

Wen Zulan provided excellent service. We were very satisfied with the upgrade from a large room to a suite. Hope to come again next time.
