We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.★

We picked chinese tour group, but the tour was merged with another group where tour guide speaks English. English becomes the language being spoken majority time of the day and our elderly do not understand :(. We acknowledge it’s a shared group but didn’t expect the group consist of different language★

Lynn was very nice, clear, engaged. she knows her stuff! helpful with advice on food choices, locating of bathrooms, kept on time. she was able to go with the flow as our group size increased quite a bit at the last minute.
