Choosing a Chinese-speaking guide/driver was excellent. The guide's explanations of Penang and Malaysian culture were superb, helping my family better understand Malaysia's scenery, culture, and geography. They were also familiar with the roads and terrain, the time was well-planned, and the recommended lunch was satisfying. They even helped take group photos. Highly recommend this chartered tour! Very attentive, punctual, polite, smiling, and always ready to answer questions. The car was comfortable, and the driver didn't drive too fast. They gave clear directions and recommended many good restaurants.
